Walk into our Springfield brewery, pull up a chair and plop yourself down atop a parcel of hop history. Our original brewery was built on land that was once the epicenter of the hop-growing world. Legend has it this is where the phrase “a hopping place” originated, but it is our legend and thus is, quite likely, completely fabricated.
The same, however, cannot be said of our restaurant. Here you will find a comfortable place in which to enjoy a hopping-good lunch or dinner or relax with family and/or friends and/or yourself over a tall cold one brewed on site. If it’s nice out, we offer a pet-friendly patio, so come one come all.
